Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) will perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals, groups, or families dealing with substance abuse or mental health issues.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others, attending relevant trainings to stay current.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
Collaborate with patients and the treatment team to develop comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical activities and outcomes.
Conduct sessions in various settings, including crisis situations, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and court hearings as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and timely submission of required records.
Full-time position based in Cynthiana, KY, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to starting.
Salary ranges from $62,500 to $85,000 annually, with benefits including paid time off, Monday to Friday schedule, and an 8-hour day shift.
