Job Description

Seeking a full-time Attending Physician in Wisconsin to oversee primary care for residents in skilled nursing facilities on a contract basis.

  • Provide medical management, conduct patient rounds, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care.

    • Requirements include board certification, experience in primary and long-term care, and leadership skills.
