Seeking a experienced *nurse practitioner (FNP)* or *physician assistant* with *leadership experience* for a busy ER in Salem, VA.

  • Annual ED volume: 45,000 patients
  • Facility: 506 beds, part of a system with multiple hospitals and outpatient centers
  • Coverage: 40 hours physician, 46 hours NP/PA
  • Role involves full-time leadership, with compensation between $145,000 – $200,000/year
  • Benefits include 401(k), matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, signing bonus, and differential pay
  • Requires at least 1 year of multisite facility lead NP/PA experience
