Expanding counseling center seeking full-time mental health providers (LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT, tLMFT, LISW, LMSW) to deliver outpatient mental health care.
Qualifications include a graduate degree in MFT, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, and licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Iowa.
Offerings include flexible scheduling, supervision, in-house training, competitive pay ($55,000-$120,000), and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and family leave.
Responsibilities involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting patient care, collaborating with teams, and supporting clients through crisis.
Must have 24 hours/week availability, work in person in Cedar Rapids, IA, and be willing to relocate if necessary.
