Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our faith-based residential treatment center supporting adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Key responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy; conducting assessments; developing treatment plans; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; integrating faith-based principles; facilitating psychoeducational groups; maintaining clinical documentation; and engaging with families for long-term recovery.

Qualifications include holding a current mental health license (e.g., LPC, LCSW), a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, and at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents. Strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and alignment with Christian values are essential.
