Job Description

Under the supervision of a registered or licensed nurse, this role supports routine patient care activities in a nursing unit, including clerical and organizational tasks.

  • Assists with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and prepares rooms accordingly.
  • Safely transports stable patients, maintains confidentiality, and ensures proper documentation.
  • Handles equipment, supplies, and unit errands to maintain an organized environment.
  • Responds to patient needs, monitors for changes in condition, and reports promptly to nursing staff.
  • Provides individualized care considering patients’ physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
  • Supports a safe, comfortable environment and responds effectively to emergencies.
  • Requires a CNA license, BLS certification, and preferred patient care experience. The shift is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
