Wound Care Physician

Job Description

Our private wound care provider group seeks a board certified or eligible physician with backgrounds in primary care, geriatrics, surgical, or emergency medicine, interested in transitioning into wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
Training is provided by our physician team if no prior experience in wound care. Candidates must have completed an accredited residency and be board certified or eligible; applications without residency are not accepted.
Current specialties considered include family medicine, internal medicine, and geriatrics.
Position: full-time Medical Director with hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Certification requirements include a 40-hour hyperbaric oxygen therapy course and wound care certification, both needed post-contract.
Salary ranges from $250,000 to $425,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k) with matching, dental and health insurance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and relocation assistance.
Work is conducted in person.
