Job Description
The Rehab Speech and Language Pathologist provides clinical evaluation and direct patient care within an assigned facility, ensuring patients receive appropriate speech therapy services.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities encompass patient screenings, evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising staff, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Additional duties involve maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring confidentiality, adhering to safety protocols, and fostering teamwork and excellent customer service.
