Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a growing medical practice across six Southwest GA sites, focusing on integrated care.

In this role, you will

conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments

provide on-site psychotherapy to qualifying individuals

build positive relationships with patients, families, and community agencies

advocate and refer patients to community resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment

collaborate with medical staff for holistic patient care

offer crisis intervention services

maintain network connections with social service agencies

Additional details include full-time hours, a salary of $60,000-$70,000, benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement, and loan repayment, with a hybrid work schedule based in Blakely and Bainbridge, GA.
