Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/CFY at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in New Bloomfield, PA.
In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing functions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support therapy outcomes and educate on skill carryover into daily routines.
Maintain accurate documentation and track progress toward goals.

  • Active PA SLP license required
