We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric clinic in Decatur, AL. New grads are encouraged to apply; prior experience is preferred but not required, and applicants in the process of obtaining or eligible for an AL license are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families and team members

Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current or eligible AL license

Strong communication skills

Commitment to client-centered care
