Job Description

The organization serves Johnson and Sheridan Counties in Wyoming, providing early intervention services to children with developmental delays or disabilities.

We are seeking a full-time, compassionate Speech-Language Therapist to join our team.

  • Provide speech and language therapy in natural settings and educational environments
  • Develop and implement IFSP and IEP goals collaboratively with families and team members
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments using appropriate tools
  • Support family involvement through coaching and planning
  • Maintain compliant documentation


    • Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Wyoming licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP or CFY, and pediatric or early intervention experience preferred. Must have strong communication, organizational, teamwork skills, and reliable transportation.

    Position offers a 40-hour workweek, competitive salary, benefits (health, dental, vision, life, retirement, paid time off), and serves families in Johnson County. Work is in person, Monday through Friday.
