Job Description
We are hiring full-time Physicians for our primary and urgent care clinics in VA.
Position involves evaluating, treating, and educating patients, ordering diagnostics, and coordinating care. Requires board certification or eligibility in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, with valid licenses and CME compliance. Minimum one year of urgent or primary care experience; understanding of CPT, ICD codes, OSHA, and HIPAA; ACLS certification preferred. Independently makes clinical decisions, documents thoroughly, and follows regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include patient follow-up, referrals, prescriptions, and participating in practice marketing. Offers a competitive salary of $225,000/year plus $50K-$70K performance-based bonuses, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling. Work is in person at multiple VA locations.
