Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, interpret diagnostics, and administer treatments.

Educate patients on health maintenance and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Maintain accurate records, participate in research, and utilize telehealth services.

Manage pain and follow-up care for chronic illnesses.

Requirements: Active FNP certification, clinical skills in geriatrics and urgent care, EMR proficiency, strong communication, and commitment to professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits: $90,000-$100,000/year, with health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
