We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team, working closely with patients to assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply effective therapy techniques.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders
Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
Providing early intervention for children with developmental delays
Maintaining accurate documentation and educating families on communication strategies
Staying current with advancements in speech therapy practices
Requirements:
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Strong patient care skills with empathy and effective communication
Valid Speech Language Pathology License
This full-time role offers competitive pay ($60.00 – $72.54/hr), benefits (including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance), and requires in-person work in Oceanside, CA, with relocation if needed.
