Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers therapy aligned with current standards.

Participates in team meetings, documentation, and supports school-based services when needed.

Maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.

Builds collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Ensures high-quality care through ongoing quality improvement activities.

Requirements include a Master’s in social work, Maryland LCSW-C licensure, and 3+ years of healthcare experience. The role is full-time, based in Princess Anne, MD, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in person, with relocation required before starting.
