Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ mental health needs, including prescribing medications under supervision.

Conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure quality care.

Maintain accurate records and build trusting relationships with patients.

Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in IA, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and a caring, collaborative approach. Psychiatry experience is preferred but not required.
