Job Description

Seeking experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists for a growing therapy team in San Jose, CA.

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and AAC areas.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OTs, PTs, and feeding specialists.
  • Mentor SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, with opportunities for leadership involvement.
  • Communicate compassionately with families and caregivers.

    • Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including 4-day weeks, split schedules, or Saturday hours with extra pay.

    Qualifications include CA licensure, CCC from ASHA, and pediatric experience preferred. New therapists with motivation are welcome.
