Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Mid-West states, with expanding operations.

Immediate part-time openings for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants specializing or interested in geriatric psychiatry in Mount Pleasant, MI, working 3 days a week.

• Qualifications include an accredited NP or PA degree, valid license, DEA#, and strong communication skills.
• Responsibilities involve providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for geriatric patients across rehabilitation, assisted living, and nursing homes.
• No psychological therapy; see 12-15 patients daily; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; ensure compliance with Medicare standards.
