Job Description
Seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP) to provide outpatient counseling for children, youth, and transitional age clients up to age 25 at a community health center.
Provide assessments, develop care plans, and deliver counseling sessions, addressing co-occurring disorders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate resources, and ensure timely documentation.
