Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage mental health needs, including medication management and therapy.

Collaborate with nursing home staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress.

Build trusting relationships with patients to promote recovery and well-being.

Qualifications: Active IL Nurse Practitioner license, minimum 1 year experience, strong communication skills. Experience in psychiatry preferred but not required.
