Job Description

Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established practice on Boston’s North Shore with 5 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners.


  • Offer a 4-day workweek, one evening shift per week, and a 1:6 weekend/holiday call schedule.
  • Provide newborn nursery rounds with no hospital or delivery call; hospitalist services cover inpatient and emergency care.
  • Support in-office team includes LPNs, RNs, a nutritionist, and a physical therapist.

    • Focus on delivering high-quality pediatric care, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses, and coordinating diagnostics and specialist consultations.


    Qualifications include BC/BE in pediatrics, an unrestricted license, and proficiency with AthenaPractice EHR/EMR. Benefits include competitive salary, health/dental insurance, malpractice, 401(k) with match, and professional development.
