Job Description

Under the supervision of a registered or licensed nurse, this role assists with routine patient care activities and performs clerical and organizational tasks in a nursing unit.

  • Provides support during patient admission, transfer, and discharge, ensuring proper documentation and preparation of patient rooms.
  • Safely transports stable patients, maintains confidentiality, and responds to emergencies.
  • Supports unit operations by managing supplies, running errands, and assisting with equipment.
  • Performs patient-focused tasks according to skill levels, monitors patient conditions, and reports changes promptly.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and adapts care to meet individual patient needs.
  • Requires a CNA license, BLS certification, with preferred high school diploma and acute care experience.
  • Shift is from 7PM to 7AM; full-time position.
