Nurse Manager – Oncology Services

Job Description

The Manager of Oncology and Infusion Therapy Services oversees the planning, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care for patients receiving outpatient chemotherapy, transfusions, and infusion therapy. This role manages daily operations, personnel, and resource allocation, working collaboratively with medical staff, nursing teams, and support services. The position requires a BSN (preferred) and certification in Oncology Nursing, with a current RN license in Maine, BCLS certification, and at least five years of acute care and oncology nursing experience, including charge experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The role offers a sign-on bonus (up to $10,000 for 0-2 years experience, $20,000 for >2 years), benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a patient-centered cancer care setting.
