Job Description

This LVN Supervisor role provides leadership across medical practice sites to enhance patient safety and clinical quality.
Responsibilities include guiding staff, implementing policies, ensuring clinical competence, and promoting positive patient outcomes.
Key duties involve performing clinical procedures, maintaining patient confidentiality, and fostering staff development through role modeling and teaching.
The position emphasizes adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards, while supporting a diverse and patient-centered environment.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, 2 years in leadership, an LVN license in the state or compact, and BLS certification.
The work schedule is five 8-hour days, full-time.
