Children’s Mental Health Therapist – LCSW or LCMHC

Job Description

Seeking a full-time *Children’s Mental Health Therapist* (LCSW or LCMHC) for our Charlotte, NC clinic, serving pediatric clients with diverse diagnoses, including autism and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities include evaluating clients using DSM, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and supporting pediatric mental health needs.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling

At least one year of pediatric therapy experience

Familiarity with common diagnoses and insurance paneling preferred

Flexible schedule for after-school hours

Compensation varies from $58,000 to $72,000 annually, based on licensure level. Benefits include health/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development.

Work is in person, with relocation required before start. Part-time and contract options also available.
