Job Description
Seeking Substance Use Disorder Counselors to provide screening, brief interventions, individual/group therapy, and referrals, serving diverse, underserved communities. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, developing community resource contacts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering counseling and education on substance abuse. Must have California SUD certification/registration, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of counseling experience, preferably with specific populations. Bilingual skills may be required, and travel between sites is occasionally necessary.
