Join our skilled nursing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. We offer flexible shifts (7-3, 3-11), with 8 or 12-hour options, shift differentials, and weekend incentives.

  • Enjoy a sign-on bonus up to $7,000 and Baylor options, including weekend shifts with extra pay bonuses.
  • Supervise LPNs and Nurse Aides, administer treatments, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
  • Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, respectful, and able to handle pressure. A valid Pennsylvania RN license is required.
