Job Description

The Nurse Manager of the Endoscopy Unit oversees clinical operations and administrative functions for endoscopic services, including gastrointestinal procedures, bronchoscopy, cystoscopy, and specialized techniques. They manage approximately 50 staff members, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource coordination. The role requires collaboration with staff, physicians, and leadership to meet evolving healthcare needs. Candidates should have a BSN (Master’s preferred), current RN licensure in Maine, and 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience with strong organizational, critical thinking, and change management skills.
