Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist IV to join our Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health team.

  • Provide short-term therapeutic services, assessments, and behavioral interventions to adults of all ages.
  • Serve as a clinical leader by supervising team members and mentoring students.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments considering cultural, clinical, and personal factors, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a supportive team of clinicians, psychiatrists, and nurses.

    • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, five years post-licensure experience, and appropriate licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW). Preferred skills include group facilitation and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
