We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality musculoskeletal care in a collaborative environment.

Seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons, including subspecialists like hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement, to join our team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive services, supporting surgeons in developing their practices and referring nonoperative cases to specialists. Ancillary income opportunities include PT, DME, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call.

The position offers a first-year guaranteed salary of $250,000–$350,000, with partnership and productivity-based income after one year. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, flexible schedule, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.
