Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessments, screenings, and therapy services for children across all age groups within the Special Education Program.
Demonstrates expertise in language development, assessment, and intervention strategies. Develops individualized plans, including IEPs, and collaborates with staff and families. Provides direct therapy, training, and support to promote children’s independence and inclusion. Travels to community and home sites for services and evaluations. Maintains accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with regulations. Participates in team meetings, training, and community events. Supervises CFY candidates and offers guidance to staff and families. Performs additional duties as needed in alignment with team philosophy. Full-time position with a salary range of $67,000-$69,000, including benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
