Job Description

Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Unit Nurse Manager position in a 210-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, assessing resident needs, developing care plans, providing direct care, administering medications, and ensuring quality standards. The role requires effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include current RN licensure in NY, graduation from an NLN-accredited school, and ideally, at least two years of long-term care experience and management background. Continuing education compliance is mandatory.
