Family Physician (MD or DO)

Job Description

Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, care-team development, and participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives in a community-focused health center.

Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, contributing to quality management, and offering health education.

Qualifications require CA Medical License, Board Certification eligibility, experience with diverse populations, and proficiency with electronic health records. Spanish skills and community resource knowledge are assets.

Position offers full-time or part-time hours with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling. Must be able to commute or relocate to Sausalito, CA, with willingness to travel 25%.

Ideal candidates have a Doctorate, at least 2 years clinic experience, and demonstrate a commitment to health equity and community health.
