Seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Provide evaluations, therapy, and support for communication disorders in children aged 3-8. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive strong mentorship.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations
- Provide speech/language therapy aligned with client goals
- Complete documentation and communicate weekly with caregivers
- Work in childcare facilities and schools in Franklin and Nashville areas, with scheduling to minimize travel
- Manage caseloads for pediatric clients aged 3-8
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathology license and Clinical Fellowship completion or equivalent
- Ability to organize independently and adhere to ethical standards
Job is full-time or part-time, with a pay range of $65,000-$72,000 annually, offering comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.
