Seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Provide evaluations, therapy, and support for communication disorders in children aged 3-8. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive strong mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations
• Provide speech/language therapy aligned with client goals
• Complete documentation and communicate weekly with caregivers
• Work in childcare facilities and schools in Franklin and Nashville areas, with scheduling to minimize travel
• Manage caseloads for pediatric clients aged 3-8

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Speech-Language Pathology license and Clinical Fellowship completion or equivalent
• Ability to organize independently and adhere to ethical standards

Job is full-time or part-time, with a pay range of $65,000-$72,000 annually, offering comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.
