Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, NY. This full-time position offers flexible options and involves providing high-quality care to residents through assessments, treatment planning, managing medical conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The NP will document in EHR, prescribe medications, and ensure compliance with regulations.
