Job Description

Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality psychiatric care in long-term care settings across Illinois.

Applicants will have access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

Ideal candidates are passionate, team-oriented, empathetic, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements include Illinois licensure (in process acceptable), Master’s degree, prescriptive authority eligibility, BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. PMHNP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities involve patient assessments, care planning, documentation, team collaboration, and patient education.
