Job Description

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.

The role involves conducting evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, recommending communication aids, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The SLP may supervise home health aides and instruct patients and families on therapy techniques. Maintaining clinical competency and referring patients to additional services are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, state licensure (or equivalent clinical experience if licensure is unavailable), passing a national exam, and at least one year of clinical experience. The position offers a flexible schedule, a family-like work environment, and in-person work location.
