Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Kittery, ME, and nearby areas.
Responsibilities include performing primary care visits, medication reconciliation, annual wellness exams, diagnosing conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients and families.
