RN Supervisor-Nightshift

Job Description

Seeking a RN Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, with a 108-bed capacity. This full-time role involves overseeing nursing care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

Schedule: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, three days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. Shift differential of $3.50/hour.

Requirements include:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid PA license
• At least one year of long-term care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to administer medications, assist with care plans, and supervise staff

Responsibilities encompass resident rounds, IV therapy, staff supervision, scheduling, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to handle emotional situations.
