Job Description

The division is seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to provide at least 16 hours per week of psychiatric services to individuals with severe mental health challenges.

  • The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and has a minimum of three years of outpatient psychiatric experience.
  • Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, supervising therapeutic medication use, and working within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on person-centered care.
  • Administrative support such as nursing, dictation, and clinical consultation is provided.
  • This is an independently contracted, part-time role with reimbursement at an hourly rate; licensing and liability insurance requirements apply.
  • Relocation to Salem, OR, is required before starting; no fringe benefits are offered.
