Job Description

The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides organized psychotherapy for clients and families, focusing on treatment and discharge planning.

They conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science, and current LCPC or LCSW licensure.

Required experience is two to three years, preferably with older adults or in hospital/nursing home settings. Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are necessary, with behavioral de-escalation experience preferred.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with no weekends or on-call requirements.
