Nurse Practitioner (ER) – PRN

Job Description

This PRN position provides primary and emergency care to patients of all ages in the emergency room at Fairfax, MO.

Services include ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and treatments, and implementing non-pharmacological therapies.

Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing school and Masters Nursing Program (post-1993), Missouri RN and APRN licenses, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS or TNCC. Emergency room or ICU experience is required, with ER or Urgent Care preferred. Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., Family NP) is necessary.

Work is in person at Fairfax, MO, with a preference for candidates willing to relocate before starting.
