Therapist (Private Practice, Mental Health)

Job Description

We are expanding and seeking full-time mental health providers (LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT, tLMFT, LISW, LMSW) passionate about team-based outpatient care for individuals, couples, and families.

• Must have a graduate-level degree in MFT, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and be licensed or eligible for licensing in Iowa.
• Support includes flexible scheduling, supervision, in-house marketing, billing, and ongoing education.
• Responsibilities involve patient assessments, treatment planning, documentation adherence, collaboration, crisis support, and staying current with best practices.
• Full-time position with competitive salary ($55,000–$120,000), benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance), and a day shift schedule.
• Requires in-person work at Cedar Rapids, IA, with relocation prior to start.
