Job Description

Seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician for our clinics in Victorville, San Jacinto, or Rancho Mirage, CA.

  • Provide expert medical care focused on pain management within a transdisciplinary biopsychosocial model, collaborating with behavioral health, physical therapy, and other specialists.
  • Educate patients and families on lifestyle changes and disease management, maintaining detailed medical records and participating in quality initiatives.
  • Supervise medical staff, assist with staff training, and contribute to internal and external meetings. Follow all policies, standards of care, and performance measures.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with rotating weekend on-call.

    Qualifications: CA MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, current DEA, CPR certification, pain management experience preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits: $250k-$300k annually, 6 weeks’ vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, life insurance, and paid holidays.

    Physical & Work Environment: Must be able to sit, stand, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in a moderate noise setting. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
