Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department.

  • Provides individual therapy and counseling.
  • Develops and monitors patient treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Participates in patient assessments, discharge planning, and referral processes.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and communicates effectively with patients, families, and agencies.
  • Coordinates clinical outcome measurement and departmental meetings.

    • **Qualifications:**
    – Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW license in Texas required.
    – Experience in assessments, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred.
    – Knowledge of regulations, clinical group therapy, and documentation skills essential.
    – Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills needed.
