Job Description

Join a small, supportive, and data-driven center dedicated to creating a safe environment for children and staff.

We are seeking an SLP to help design and build our speech-language pathology program, primarily working with children on the autism spectrum, but also serving adults and the community.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech therapy focusing on communication and swallowing.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare teams.
  • Document progress and update strategies.
  • Stay current with research and techniques.

    • **Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and ASHA certification.
  • Experience with pediatrics, early intervention, and assessment techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
