Job Description

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, provides therapeutic services to youth and families with mental and behavioral health needs.

• Conducts intake, assessment, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
• Develops and implements individualized service plans with measurable goals.
• Delivers clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinates with external agencies, schools, and community resources for comprehensive care.
• Collaborates with care coordinators, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
• Participates in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.

Qualifications include a MSW or related graduate degree and at least two years of direct counseling experience.
