Job Description

Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality long-term care in Illinois.

  • Immediate openings for PMHNPs, APNs, or PAs across multiple locations.
  • Unique access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.
  • Requires passion, teamwork, empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
  • Full-time or part-time roles; Illinois license or in-process required; prescriptive authority eligible.
  • Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, collaboration, and education.
  • Benefits include a $5k sign-on bonus, additional bonuses ($5k-$10k/year), 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and referral programs.
  • Pay ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
  • Preferred experience: 1+ year as a Nurse Practitioner or PA; certifications and Illinois license preferred.
