Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver behavioral health services to adults and children in a community-based outpatient setting.

• Provide compassionate, ethical psychotherapy to individuals and families, ensuring timely clinical documentation.
• Participate actively in the clinic environment, maintain compliance with licensing, insurance, and regulatory standards, and stay current with ongoing education and best practices.
• Refer patients to community resources, support preauthorization processes, and address patient and provider concerns.
• Behave professionally, dress appropriately, and represent the healthcare facility positively.

Qualifications include licensure as an LCSW in the practice location, a master’s or doctorate in social work with a minimum GPA of B+, and at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
